We had a very pleasant experience with Dan. He is patient, professional and thoughtful. He helped us find a car we want, explained a lot of details about the car's features and various functions. He also spent much time helping us identify purchase versus leasing a car under our situation. In one word, the service is excellent, the car is enjoyable.......I think, we are going to contact him when we need another car later

We were given plenty of time to make a decision; test drove two different cars and fell in love with the C-Max. We weren't aware of the C-Max and Dan took the time to explain the difference between the Escape and C-Max. He also may us aware of leasing versus an outright purchase. He will answer any question honestly or say "I don't know but will find out" A Great dealership! We live on Bainbridge Island but are happy to drive to Kirkland for the service we receive at Kirkland Ford.

Dan Lozott (Internet Manager) spent over 4 hours with me over 2 visits to the dealership, inclusive of staying 2 hours late to process the purchase paperwork and to show me how to operate the Sync system and other features of the vehicle. Dan described their Internet Pricing philosophy and quickly researched the new car inventory via the computer to show me what was in stock and all the options on the various vehicles. There was no pressure to purchase; Dan just gave me all the stats/specs/information so that I could make an informed decision. Even though the vehicle did not have one of the options I was looking for, the low Ad price was too good to pass up. The Ad price was thousands less than MSRP. I'll use a portion of the savings to pay for a local aftermarket installer to add the equipment. Dan answered all my questions and everything concerning the transaction was transparent, no surprises.

I would recommend Dan Lozott for your new car purchase anytime. He's not pushy and goes out of his way to get you the car you want. I bought a Ford Flex from Dan 2 years ago and now I am going back for a Focus SE hatchback. Would buy more cars from him again in the future!!!

From the moment I first emailed Dan to order a new F150 through the day I picked it up (and even afterwards!), Dan has been attentive, courteous, and very helpful. Dan didn't try and sell me a car, he didn't try and make a sale and move on. He spent time with me listening to what I was looking for and helped me compare options, looking up and providing me with information I never had and making sure I understood. Once the sale was complete he also spent time with me making sure I understood how the different features on the car worked.

I had been working with Dan Lozott for over a month before I finally decided on the right vehicle for me. He had answers to all my questions and was very patient with me thru the entire process. I came into Ford of Kirkland to look at a Ford Fiesta because I need a great gas mileage commuter car. My salesman told me about a great Lease opportunity for two Fiestas sitting on the lot! I had looked at Toyota, Mazda and Kia. For the money, the Ford deal was hands down the best! I can afford to buy the car but I really don't need to buy it for work errands. This lease option was incredible! We were done with the deal in about two hours and I drove away feeling happy and comfortable that I was treated exceptionally well! Car deals are usually long, drawn out deals where salesmen try to up sell everything. I was asked about the options available but not coerced and I really appreciated that! I am not new to buying cars and I felt that for once that was respected! This little car has all I need with a few bells and whistles I like but didn't need for example Sync, USB connectivity, and Sirius radio ready. I still have my Toyota Land cruiser and will continue driving it as my first love but believe that soon Ford will have a comparable car. Ford is stepping up their line of vehicles to compete, and Dan is so knowledgeable about the line that it made this experience truly simple! When I am ready for another car, I will call on Dan!

From the email communication to the time I got my keys, I was treated with quality service. Dan worked with me and helped me figure out exactly what model was right for me. They sold me my 2012 Ford Explorer for the advertised price, no hassle, no haggling. I went to Ford of Kirkland on a Monday night, bought my car the same night, got the appraisal on my trade-in vehicle that night, and drove home a few hours later with my new car cleaned, washed and full of gas. Dan Lozott was very helpful, friendly, answered all my questions, and told me to call him personally with any further questions I had, and to stop in any time so he could show me how certain features on my new car worked or to have him help me set up my Bluetooth phone when I finally get one. Dan Lozott was great to do business with and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Dan listened to what my wife and I asked and was abele to deliver to us a product we love. Together with Chis Busik the manager they delivered the car to us in a very timely manner and then took great care to make sure the delivery process was done completely and to our liking. I have a difficult credit situation and was quite fearful of even looking for a new (used) vehicle. I did not have very high hopes of being able to find both a vehicle I would be proud to drive and could afford or be loaned. I was realistic in knowing that I would have a higher interest rate.

Dan showed me many options, which was different from another dealership who said I had the choice of 1, very ugly vehicle at 23% interest. I was treated very respectfully by Dan, given many options and ultimately found me a vehicle that I am truly happy with and I'm not paying 23% interest.

The happiness I felt was overwhelming and still feel it each time I get behind the wheel of my new (used) car.

I plan on coming back to Dan for future purchases and will definitely be referring him to people in the market.

Recently during a visit to the service department I had some disagreements with the work they had done I have to tell you readers that Ford of Kirkland came through after all. Jim Walen called me this morning and told me how important I was as a customer and that he wanted to make things right. I stopped by Ford of Kirkland and met with Jim and his wife Amy. It’s not very often that you meet someone with integrity but I have to say Jim has it. It is obvious that he cares a lot about their business and so does Amy. They bent over backwards to clear the air between us and restored my faith in their store. I have always respected Dan Lozott (internet sales) he sold me my truck in 1999 and has done a lot to make sure I was taken care of. Dennis in parts is always willing to give me the right info and makes sure I get what I need as quickly as he can. A new guy to me Greg the "New Car Sales Manager" seems to be a real nice guy that is honest and wants to do what is right all the time. When you talk to this guy you know you are talking to someone that has a heart. All in all I will return to buy a vehicle from Ford of Kirkland and I definitely suggest you do to.
Overall it was a nice experience with FOK, not a lot of the typical car waiting game, when I finally did the deal, I was in and out in 90 minutes

We had a really smooth experience buying an Explorer. Our questions about the vehicle were answered quickly and completely. We did a lot of research when we went to purchase our new car. We chose the Ford Focus because of its overall good rating for American made small cars and because of the sync system which allows me to make and receive phone calls hands free over the cars sound system. It also has a nice turn by turn direction feature. For a small car, the look is great, and the car feels really sturdy. I'm local to the Kirkland area and contacted Ford of Kirkland via the web.
