If you want a great sales experience, ask for Dan Lozott

This was a e-mail from a very satisfied customer who found me on the internet and we started e-mailing about a week before his Hyundai lease came to an end. I showed him a Ford Fiesta, Ford Fusion and a Ford Escape. We then looked at a Ford Focus. Turned out the weekend he was planning on dropping off his Hyundai Elantra . I offered him a nicely equipped Ford Focus on sale. Of course he liked the way it drove and all the options it had and it turned out less than the others.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for all of your help and easy-going, straight shooter sales style.  I know it may not work for every type of buyer in the rough and tumble world of retail auto brinksmanship, but it was the right kind of sales experience for me:  Friendly, knowledgeable, concise, no pressure, but ready to close on the deal when I was.

Between yourself, and the finance, that was the best overall purchase experience I've had in two decades of trying to find a sales team that knows its customers and wants to keep them coming back.  Having worked previously with personnel from GM, Acura, Jaguar, BMW, Lexus and Hyundai, I'm happy to say that Kirkland Ford might've just made me a Ford guy for the foreseeable future.

There's actually a same-brand dealership much closer to me, but I intend to come back to your location as long as you guys are there.  To that end, I'm writing this email in the hopes that others will find your sales style equally informative and efficient for their purchasing needs.

Thanks again and see you as soon as I'm in the market for the next one.

Sincerely,

D. C. from Bellevue

(Feel free to show your manager(s), print or blog post the body of the message,-- thanks Dan!)
